When Can You Return an Item?

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following requirements:

  • It must be unused and unworn, with no signs of wear, stains, or odors.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging (such as branded boxes or polybags).
  • You must provide proof of purchase, like an order number, receipt, or confirmation email.

If the product doesn’t meet these conditions or is missing key components, we may not be able to accept the return.

Return Window

You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it. After this period, we’re unable to process returns or refunds.

How to Start a Return

  • Your full name and order number
  • Proof of purchase (such as a confirmation email or screenshot)
  • A short explanation for the return
  • A clear photo or video of the item, especially if it arrived damaged or defective

Our customer support team will respond within 72 hours with detailed instructions for your return.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong size, damaged item, or incorrect product), we’ll cover all return shipping costs.
  • For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package reaches us safely.

Want to Exchange Instead?

Absolutely! We’re happy to offer exchanges for the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product or size
  • There was a manufacturing or fulfillment error

If your situation fits one of these cases, email us at support@luvwhatyouwear.com. Once approved, we’ll send your replacement at no extra cost.

Important Notes

  • We cannot process returns or exchanges after 30 days, unless required by law.
  • Returned items that don’t meet eligibility criteria will not be refunded.
