Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our quality control team. This inspection confirms that the product meets all return requirements. Once approved, the refund process will be initiated within 14 business days.

2. Refund Processing Method

All approved refunds are sent back using the same payment method originally used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

3. Charges Not Eligible for Refund

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
